RLD 19/2020, of May 26, adopts complementary measures in agricultural, scientific, economic, employment and Social Security and tax matters to alleviate the effects of COVID-19, whose entry into force has occurred the day after its publication. These measures are aimed at strengthening the protection of workers, families and vulnerable groups (health), supporting the continuity of productive activity in certain sectors (agriculture and tourism), maintaining employment and strengthening the fight against the health crisis.

This RDL complements the measures already adopted in the fields of agriculture, labor and Social Security, among others, in order to alleviate the legal insecurity suffered to date, the following being the highlight:
